Damaged Item

I believe in ensuring that your shopping experience is completely hassle-free. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged during transit, I'm here to help. I will promptly file a claim with UPS so you can receive a refund for your order. Once the claim is filed, I'll work quickly to send you a replacement item. Please reach out to me right after you receive your order and don’t forget to send a photo of the damage for the shipping company’s records.

Item has not arrived

Your satisfaction is my top priority, which is why I ensure that every order is handled with care and shipped promptly. If, for any reason, your item hasn't arrived within 10 business days after purchase, please don't hesitate to reach out.
